1. Shipping within Egypt Only

We provide shipping services exclusively within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We ensure that your products reach you as quickly as possible and with the highest quality.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Large products such as armored doors and interior doors: We handle the shipping ourselves.

  • Small products: Shipping is done via trusted third-party shipping companies.

3. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping within Cairo and Giza for armored doors only.

  • Free shipping for interior doors if the order includes more than 4 doors.

  • Free shipping for smart locks (Smart Locks) with installation service within Cairo and Giza. If the products are without installation, a shipping fee will be added.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Cairo and Giza: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Other governorates: 2 to 4 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • In cases where there is no installation or for products not covered by free shipping offers, a shipping fee will be added based on the location and product size.

  • Shipping costs are determined based on the address and product weight.

6. Shipping Tracking

  • If shipping is handled by us: Coordination is done with the supply department to provide shipment updates.

  • If shipping is handled by a third-party shipping company: A tracking number will be sent to the customer so they can follow up directly with the shipping company.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or traffic congestion.
