    At New Design Doors, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the product or service you received, you can request a return or exchange of the product according to the conditions outlined below.

  2. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returnable and Exchangeable Products: Products that have not been used or opened can be returned or exchanged, provided they are in their original condition with all original accessories (if available) such as the invoice or purchase receipt.

  • Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products: Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

    • Custom-made products.

    • Products that have been clearly opened or used.

    • Products with missing original packaging or accessories.

  1. Return or Exchange Timeframe
    Requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 14 days from the product receipt date.
    After 14 days from receiving the product, returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is defective.

  2. Exchange
    Any product with a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery will be exchanged without any additional charges to the customer.

  3. Product Change Timeframe
    Customers can change the product within a maximum of 14 days, with an additional 5% of the product value as administrative fees.

  4. Cancellation or Product Change

  • If the invoice is canceled within 24 hours from the issue date, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted.

  • If the invoice is canceled within 48 hours from the issue date, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.

  • Customers cannot cancel or modify the invoice after 14 days from the issue date.

  • Customers cannot cancel or change custom-made products after 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Customers cannot claim the product or its value after one year from the invoice date.

  • Request Details: The request should include the following information:

    • Invoice number.

    • Description of the issue or reason for return or exchange.

    • Product pictures (if necessary).

    If the request is accepted, the appropriate method for returning or exchanging the product will be determined.

  • Refund Conditions: If the return request is accepted according to the policy, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval, depending on the payment method used.

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, New Design Doors will bear the shipping costs. However, if the return is for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
